Can i Colin to clean cpu

Hey everyone where I live artic cpu cleaner is not available here
So can I use a Colin to clean the cpu replaplly the thermal compound and place my new cpu cooler
Please help me
If u don't know what is Colin search in Google
Basically it's a glass cleaner

You need isopropyl alcohol, and coffee filters. I'm sure that you can find some isopropyl alcohol - it's very common. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the minimum threshold is 75% alcohol content. All you need to do it pour a little on a coffee filter, clean off the thermal paste nicely, and you're good!

Some random glass cleaner won't do. I'd rather spend 15 bucks and do a good job than spend nothing and lose my CPU. In "spending nothing," you're actually spending the cost of your CPU. And shipping.
