I have basically no knowledge of computer stuff, but I used CanYouRunIt to see where my pc is letting me down when I play games and apparently it's my graphics card.
My specifications are as follows, I'd be willing to spend about £150 on a new card, I only play a couple of games i.e Minecraft and Football Manager but I want to get about 100fps if that's possible with my setup, any advice is welcome thanks a lot! If you need me to include anything else just ask, I' not too sure what you need haha
