Request for help in comparing GA-7PESH3 and P9X79-E WS motherboards.

I ended up my search with the two motherboards GA-7PESH3 and P9X79-E WS. I want to compare these two in terms of pros and cons. I am not a hardware expert like you guys, so it will be great if someone can help me out in comparing these two in terms of feature and cost.

GA-7PESH3 is the server motherboard with dual cpu socket, you can use the Xeon E5 only. And for P9X79-E WS you can use the i7 and xeon e5. If you use only one cpu and I recommend to buy the P9X79-E WS.
