So i recently swapped out my motherboard for an asrock z77 extreme 4 and i've noticed that even at idle my hyper 212+ is way louder than it was before. i downloaded speedfan and the rpm is around 1800 at idle. my coretemps are in the low 40s Celsius. in the bios there are fan speed options but even when i turn it down it seems way louder than before. what could this be?
