So I just bought a Gtx 970 from zotac and an AMD 8350 cpu, installed both and now I cannot get anything higher than 135 mhz clock speed. I have an ASUS m5a7b mATX mobo, 6 gb ddr3 ram, so I do not believe bottleneck should be an issue. I am absolutely stumped as to what the problem could be.
