Can you use a Vapor X Heatsink (7950 7970) on a R9 290?

aka the Sapphire Vapor X coolers that they used on the 7950, 7970, 7970GHZ.?

i heard the 290's stock heatsink doesnt cool very well and i'm a huge fan of how the heatsink on the Sapphire HD 7900's look.

no the R9 290 has a different PCB
