my laptop freezes momentarily and makes scratching/clicking/beeping sounds when i watch videos or play games

Hello
my laptop freezes sometimes at the same time makes clicking/scratching/beeping sounds whenever im watching videos online or while watching thru VLC and also while playing games such as NBA 2k15 or the evil within. Can anyone help me through this?

sounds like a hard fault. as its relatively new and it sounds mechanical i would take it to the point of purchase and get them to look at it, if they can.
if not get in touch with the retailer and enquirer about RMA as it sounds like your hdd may be damaged.

should be but opening the case may invalidate your warranty.

its already way past its warranty anyway. thanks for the tip bro. but before anything else is there any diagnostic tool to check if my hard drive is really at fault here?

yeah you have bad secors on the drive and its reallocating the data elsewhere.
(C4) Reallocated Event Count 40 40 0 1576 warning
i would recomend you run chkdsk tost to verify that the results of hdd tune are accurate.

sorry mate im still using win 7 and as far as i know they removed some backup features from 8/8,1
better to make a new topic and ask some1 who has done it themselves.
