I5 2500k
8 gb corsair vengeance 1600 mhz
500 gb wd caviar HDD
seasonic 430 W
apc 600va ups
zotac gtx 750 ti 2gb 128 bit gddr5 graphic card

I chose 750 ti because of low power Consumption. If I choose gtx 660 or r9 270 then psu should be upgraded and 600 va ups won't be able to handle the extra power ( I guess)
I plan on playing games at 720p with medium settings with all fancy stuffs ( mxaa,...blah blah blah) turned off. Will I be able to play battlefield 3, batman, fifa 15 and other games at constant 60 fps with V sync turned on?

Looks like a good and sensible build to me but I would go for a stronger power supply, it will give you more options when or if you decide to upgrade the video card in the future.
I think you are underestimating just how strong the GTX750Ti actually is, at 720 res it's a very capable part and should run your games with a good deal of fancy stuff turned on, especially when it is paired with a strong CPU like the i5 2500K.

Get a 500-500w AND A GTX 760 or a Radeon 7950 boost but go with a Gtx 760 because it uses less power

Yes it should but if your playing games like BF4 64p than it might dip but yes youll be fine
