Here's a list to all the parts of the PC: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/g28YhM

I plan on overclocking the 5930K to around 4GHz.

I also plan on overclocking the GPU's a little

I'm gonna run the SSD's in RAID 0 for speed.

Do you think these parts could accomplish games on high settings at 4K at around 40FPS+? Also will the PSU be able to power all of this? Or will I need a higher capacity one? Thanks!

It's a very good build. Lone's one is a bit better. You could also go with a cheaper motherboard, I don't think you need that one. When are you getting this? Because in about a month there will be pre watercooled gtx 980s in the market, they should overclock like crazy.
Go on youtube for the performance, videos like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4F7dd4FN_Hg should give you an idea of what to expect.

Thanks! Just getting into building PC's so I didn't really know which parts to go with.

Well, everything else looks all good to me. The PSU is a good quality, so no issues there. But if you're not going to use the 2800MHz of the RAM, then I'd just get the 2400MHz to save some money. I have it and it works great. Just type in F4-2400C15Q-16GRK when you search for RAM.

i would rather get 3 http://us.aoc.com/monitor_displays/g2460pg or 1 http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/ROG_SWIFT_PG278Q/

for 4k and 3 monitors more than 4gb of vram can take a advantage so really i would probably look into a few 8gb r9 290x.

honestly even the r9 295x2 is not optimized the best for 4k since it is 4gb per chip.

i would say 4k gaming rigs run more on hopes and dreams for gamers with this gen of gpu's.. you can get 60fps ultra in 1 game and another 40fps medium.

paying all that money for that kind of experience is hardly sane.
