I have had my Acer Aspire V3 for about 2 years now. I had to reboot because my screen froze out of nowhere, when it turns on it says "Preparing automatic repair." Now when it boots up the little circle won't appear, then it shuts off and turns back on. The computer then says "preparing automatic repair." The circle appears and it just goes to a black screen.

I have tried using ALT + f10, but still nothing. I have also have ordered the acer erecovery disks, and used them as instructed. When I try using the disks this appears:

Your PC needs to be repaired
The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.
File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Error code: 0xc0000185
You'll need to use recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.
Press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings

Please help me, I've tried leaving it on over night and still nothing, I've been researching this for a couple weeks now and can't find anything. Here is a video of the problem:

I have tried to restore to factory settings, I can't access anything to be able too though.
