I use a cooler master Quickfire TK. It merges the 10 key num pad with the middle section on a standard keyboard. It comes in cherry mx brown, red and blue. However I don't think it meets your 1000hz polling rate.
The only other keyboard that comes to mind with 1000hz polling is the Razer Blackwidow tournament edition. However it uses it's own custom keys. The razer green key is kinda like a cherry mx blue except it clicks a little closer to the top of the key. It's also just a hair quieter IMO. The stealth edition I believe uses a linear black key for those who don't want a audible click.
