So I've got my H90 water cooling system up for my AMD FX-1400 running and it idles around 40F and i was wondering if i should overclock and if so how do I (I know how to use the bios so don't worry about explaining that). I use the machine as a gaming rig and I've also crammed a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
and 3 other fans setup for negative pressure in the case.

Solution
Or he meant the 4100... Which is most definitely a processor.
You said you know how to use the BIOS to OC, just turn it up slowly until it becomes unstable or temps exceed ~60C and tune it back down a bit.

Overall the 4100 is a weak processor, dont expect too much.

Would i get much of a performance gain? I rather not risk hurting the CPU if its going to get me 1 or 2 extra frames a second and I really don't have many applications that require any more power than the stock settings provide.
