My parts list:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jC23Bm

It's a Seasonic M12II 80+ Bronze 620 Watt.
Upon further inspection, I see that it's a dual rail.

My brother, with his rig, has an AMD 6300 with a GTX 750ti. He had bought a 450 Watt power supply, it was a dual rail. And his pc had crashed every time, causing him to purchase a new power supply

For my parts, it has a recommended wattage of 313 watts. Which is why i chose the power supply. Since it's a dual rail I'd just have to double the wattage right? But then that'd bring me to 626 Watts, but that'd be 6 Watts over my power supply.

Would that matter? If so, i'd be happy to change the power supply. My budget for it would below 100 USD

Oh yeah. What is so important about the dual rails and single rails? And should I be searching for single rails or dual rails power supply.

They don't make a 450w CX. They do have a 450w VS thats dual rail and they are not good quality units. The VS series is usually considered lower quality than the CX. That Seasonic is a high quality unit(I have one in my HT/storage pc) it will have no problem powering the specs you listed.
