I am stuttering below frame rate for almost any game i play. I'm curious about this PC because a guy in the video i watched said that this pc can run upcoming games on ultra. Is it true? And also, Do you know how to fix the stuttering frame rate problem?

MOBO: ASRock Z97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card
RAM: Kingston Fury Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
