Best Video Editing Software

Hey guys

I did not see software forum, so I post it here. I need video edditing software that has a timeline view and ability to play more than one video/audio track. I do not have any experience with it, but need to make a video for my songs. I probably need full set of features but without obsession. It will not be professional film making yet. My budget is under $100, I would say- cloder to $30-$70. I am looking at
MAGIX Movie Edit Pro http://www.magix.com/us/movie-edit-pro/
Sony Vegas http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/vegassoftware
CiberLink PowerDirector http://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdirector-deluxe/features_en_US.html
Corel Video Studio https://store.videostudiopro.com/1184/purl-ATG_PID_Redirect_VSultX7?hptrack=ussovsp

I totally have no idea what I am comparing to what- it all looks the same. Please, let me know what would be better option. Thank you.

I never had luck with anything free. Like today- instaled YTD (youtube downloader). It has a virus, which my Webroot took care of first time. It also would not copy/paste URL- have to hand-type YouTube URL.

Then I installed Wondershare Video Editor. It said- it has free version. Appears- it was trial and it would not let me save the movie. WTH?!!!

I looked on Adobe web site- it is a mass- would take all evening to figure out what is what.

I used to use Vegas, before Sony bought them. It was Audio production software with limited Video ability. Now it grew. I was not looking in to buying full blown Vegas Pro, I was thinking more like Movie Studio... http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/vegassoftware Again- I dont know if it is comfortable. I dont want to install bunch of trials- I have no time to figure how to use them, and then have to uninstall.
