I just got a new video card for my desktop and I am pretty new to overclocking, but I want to ensure that my games will play to its full potential.

My specs are:
AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core Processor 3.8GHz
MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
8GB RAM
EVGA GTX 770 SC

If anymore specs are needed I can let you know.

Wow that's scary bad VRMs:

Precisely. I'm honestly surprised you've gotten it to 4Ghz. If you don't want your PC dying then I suggest leaving it where it is.
