My laptop was stuck on and I couldn't do anything with it and it would not power down - Ctl Alt Del didn't work, holding the power button didn't work…so I ended up having to pull the battery. Now when I try and power it up, it takes me to (from what I have read on other forums when I searched) the BIOS screen - where it says F1 to resume and F2 to setup. However, NONE of my keyboard keys work! If I press F1 or F2…nothing! I've read other forums and tried different methods to get past this (ie. pressing esc, F10, Fn + F2 - repeatedly and holding, on power up), but nothing is working. I'm still stuck on this page for F1 and F2 with no keys working.
PLEASE HELP!
