Here's my problem. I have 2 drivers in the playback area, AMD HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO and HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO from Realtek. If I put my headphones in the green slot in the back the sound is very low. (Sounds like it's at like 30-40%) I've turned the volume up in playback, and realtek audio center and still nothing. I've uninstalled, reinstalled drivers, updated, still nothing. Anybody know what's going on? I'm using windows 7 x64 professional with a r9 280x. There's no way this is the max audio that can be delivered. My laptop computer uses realtek and is an AMD and is way louder.

You mean 2 drivers or one driver and one codec pack? Uninstall both drivers and install only one. Open the Device Manager and check the properties of the driver: see if the settings are 100% volume and +0 dB.
Test the audio plugin with another headphone.
