PROBLEM! I have installed I7 4790K + MSI Z97 Gaming 7 and now computer wont even start

Hi All,

This is my new gaming rig configuration by now:
Intel I7 4790K
MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Corsair Venegence 16Gb (1600 MHz)
Corsair RM 750w
Samsung 840 Evo 120GB SSD

and no i have not installed graphics card and another 2TB HDD yet yet but the problem is after connecting everything my machine wont even start.

I could see the light in power button of motherboard and it does create a small click sound at smps for one one time.

Can somebody help me with this?

Thanks mate for response but the condition is my smps is not even running. Also changed RAM location twice but It just there is a light in power button of a motherboard and then nothing happen :(
