My xfx dd radeon hd 6950 2gb and it req. 500w 30amp and max tdp 200w and my psu is xpro bulldozer 550w

-------------------------------------
Ac input 220v - 230v/50hz-60hz
-------------------------------------
Dc output +12v1 +12v2 -12v +5v -5v +3.3v +5vsb

20 17 0.3
25 0.5 28 2.5
-------------------------------------

And my psu have one 6 pin pcie and one 8 pin pcie (6+2) and one 8 pin (4+4) so cable is not a problem.

I want to know answer in full detail and every thing like if there is any risk or problem if gpu goes at full load .

Are you planning to take out the current graphics card?

You will have to take in the fact the every part in your PC will need a certain amount of power so you will have to do some research to see how much power each component uses and add it all up. Or you could go easy and buy a new power supply you know will work for you.

Yes, it should work fine but would recommend going with a branded good quality PSU like from Seasonic like Seasonic M12 II 620W atleast for greater system stability. This is because 6950 is a power hungry GPU and at full load the power from 550W PSU and that too non branded might not be sufficient and you might face crashes or abrupt power losses.

My other specs are
I7 2600 (non k) 95w
Motherboard 50w
Dvd rom 10w
3 sata hdd 10w x3 30w
Gpu 200w

385w total usage according to me.
So it is alright and tell me what is amp in this psi

There are various issues in your scenario, first off, the power consumption is not exact and varies between a range. If you have calculated your power consumption to be 385W then it will range anywhere between 250 to 450W depending upon load. Secondly, no PSU is 100% efficient, the costly the PSU is the more efficient it is. Considering your PSU to be 70% efficient it can only supply upto 385W, which is exactly what your system requires as minimum. So, yes you will face issues.

Post a picture of side label of PSU with specifications as there are no official specifications of this PSU available online. 6950 requires two 6pin connectors whereas your PSU have only one so I will repeat myself again that you will face issues using this PSU with your system.
