Forgot user password on Windows 7 starter Want to log in as administrator know password but can't get the administrator login to appear on the login in page Can someone please help me. I do not have Cd

if you can get to the desktop, open the start menu and search for "cmd.exe", right click and select run as administrator, then type "net user administrator /active:yes"
