Best Computer Case?

I am looking for a computer case for my build. I would like it to have a nice, large side panel window, at least 1 USB 3 in the front, and come in under $70. In terms of looks, I want it to be a case that screams, "I built a cool computer," so I don't want it very square and normal looking. Airflow is also important, as I'll be overclocking.

P.S. I was thinking of going with the Inwin GT1, but it has blue lights on the top, not very good cable management, and I would like a removable dust filter for the PSU and front intake if possible.

This might be a bit over what you want to pay, but maybe you can get it for cheap from somewhere.
Here in Aus, it costs $125, but the black/orange one looks very nice and nothing normal in my opinion.

I certainly do like the look, it's just the side window is a little smaller than I would prefer, but I guess I could compromise on the side window just for the cool looks of the case.

It looks like I forgot to mention I want it to be red and black. The storm enforcer looks nice, I like the side window, but it down't look like it has very much room for cable management behind the motherboard.

And does it have to be Red and Black?

Because I think you've now no choice in cases at all.

It could be black and blue, just so long as the only blue part is the fans so I could swap them out.
