Need urgent help - How do I connect these fans?

Hi there. Right now I'm building my first computer and am have an issue connecting the built-in fan controller and the fans to the motherboard. I saw that the fan had a 4 pin Molex connection so I attached it to the PSU cable that converts it to a smaller 4 pin cable with a clip to secure it but there is no place on my motherboard to connect it.

I'm sorry I can't be more descriptive, I have no idea what to do.

im not sure im understanging 100%. if its a molex, or converted molex to something else, either way that cable is for power only. Fan controllers and motherboards can control speeds of fans by the amount of power sent to the fans. Basically i dont think you need to plug that anywhere on the motherboard. As long as its connected to the PSU the fan will run, either 100% all the time, or with control.

I have currently got the fan molex attached to the adapter that came with my PSU as it's the only one that can connect a molex to the PSU itself. Do I not need to connect it to the motherboard then? I only ask as the adapter ends in some kind of four pin connector that doesn't fit on any motherboard socket. The four pin connector thing is shown in the pictures and has a clip to secure itself to a socket.

the 4 pin thats clearly in the image is the MOLEX, the little guy hanging down there, looks like a power supply connector type cable, but we need to see the face of it.

it wont fit into a CHA_Fan header due to the clip on the connector

I couldn't find a manual for the case on the Internet, but if the case came with one, check it.
However, the case has a fan controller, so my guess is that the molex adapter is for powering the fan controller.
You have 2 options: either connect both fans to the motherboard and don't use the fan controller on case, or connect the fan controller molex (not the square 4 pin) to a power supply molex and the fans to the fan controller (not to the motherboard).
