I would like to lower the cost to as close to £700 as possible, support is greatly appreciated. Is this a good gaming build? Once again help would be greatly apreciated and I may of put in some values a bit off and bear in mind all names are copy and pasted via a phone so sorry if this is unorganized..

Solution
1) Knock the i5 down to a 4460 - save £50 at a stroke.
2) Get something like a XFX Pro 650W PSU - a higher tier than the one you have there and nearly £20 cheaper
3) Your case is supposed to come with 3x120 mm fans already. You don't need more - save £13.

That puts you under £700 already.
