I'm looking to upgrade my PC, and for the same cost have narrowed it down to two options. Other suggestions are also welcome. I also need help choosing a 750 watt Power Supply for one of my options. My current build is
(Note: I have no idea if the RAM Modules I listed are the ones I have, when I was at the store I picked the first 2x4 modules I saw, same with the Optical Drive.)
CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 4GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

I am not planning on overclocking, but picked the 4690k because it was included in some Microcenter bundles.
For about $300 I have chosen two upgrades, buying and Intel Processor (i5 4690k)and supporting Motherboard(Z97 Extreme 4) in a Microcenter bundle for $40 off, or buying a second 270x (exactly the same as current one) to use in Crossfire and a 750 watt Power Supply.
My questions are:
1) Which of these choices is better for improving my performance? I will game and game exclusively with modern titles such as Wolfenstein: The New Order and Shadow of Mordor.
2) What Power Supply is good for around the 80 dollar range or cheaper? From what I have seen I will need at least 750 watts. Good construction is more important to me than efficiency, though both are welcome.
3) Are these good suggestions for upgrades? If not, feel free to suggest other alternatives for around $300 or fewer.

Solution
the bundle i5 4690k + Z97 Extreme 4 is great . Another upgrade path is getting GTX 970 and keep the current PSU . it would mean no huge overclocking with EVGA 500B

Thanks, I'd been looking at the Rosewill Capstone, [strike]btw is there a way to mark multiple solutions? I want to say that you answered one question, but if someone answers the others I'd like to mark them as solutions too. For the time being I'll mark yours as solution.[/strike]

Thanks for the perspective on how good a deal the bundle was! I'm going with the CPU option. I'm going to mark THIS thread of yours as the best solution.
