Hi people. I've recently noticed that my gfx card (EVGA GTX 760 SC ACX2) makes an annoying electric noise when playing games. I've made a video where you can tell the difference between my GFX card electric noise and my PSU sound:

I think that the cooler isn't guilty, but I'm not sure. Now, what do you think it could be? what should I do?
Thank you all.

This is my rig:
MOBO: ASUS H87M-PLUS
CPU: intel i5 4670 @stock (3.4ghz)
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX 760 SC ACX2 2GB GDDR5
PSU: NOX SX 650W (Active PFC)
HDD1: Samsung EVO 840 120GB SSD
HDD2: Seagate 1TB HDD
Case: Aerocool Strike-X USB 3.0
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master EVO TX3

Solution
Try dialing the core and memory clocks back in PrecisionX by 100-200 MHz and see if that fixes it.

I'd probably RMA the card.
