Hello Everybody!

I know that you maybe consider that this is another driver problem but it is bit more complicated. I've recently buyed Asus N551JK with Nvidia GF GTX 850M External video card. I've seen that the drivers for this laptop is only for Windows 8.1 64bit and i've installed it on the laptop. Everything is good until here but after that i've installed some programs like Aida64, CCleaner, CPU-Z (the Asus modification) and all of them said that i have Intel HD Graphics 4600 and no external video card. Seems like true but in computer management i had "?" or "!" for missing 3D driver and when i had installed the driver for GTX 850M its gone but the programs still says no external video?!? On the laptop corpus there is sticker "Nvidia Geforce GTX 850M" and on 3D Mark i had some kind of 2700 score.

Here is also and image with Windows Experience Index. You can see that 2D score is 4.7 and 3D score is 5.1 and this is not a score from GTX 850M.

My question is: Is the problem in my Windows or in the laptop because I'm sure that I have the video card?

Thanks.

In case that is true why i can't see it in Aida64 and CPU-Z and why Windows Experience Index doesn't detect it. In case of some bug maybe there is a solution with reinstall of the operating system? I meant to ask is there any way WEI to detect the video card like 3DMark detects it?
