I am trying to fix my nephew's computer. He somehow deleted the admin user acct. I have tried to operate in safe mode and 'run as administrator' on command prompts. Every time, I get the 'enter admin password' message but there is no box to enter password. Pretty much, everytime I try to do something on the computer, I get that message. I want to restore the computer to factory settings but even then, it gives me that message.

I googled how to do it and when I click on Disk Management, it says I do not have the rights to access it. Sigh. Any other options?
