A good replacement for my Nostromo SpeedPad

Although it is still holding together and regular cleaning has kept my SpeedPad N52 usable for gamming, I think it's about time for an updated gamming pad. I'm not looking for anything fancy. The N52 has 15 keys, a d-pad (which I use almost as much as the other 15 keys), and a scroll wheel (I don't use it much, but has been helpful when something happens to the mouse). Having more keys then my N52 would be nice, and can reduce my need for the D-pad, and I can live without the scroll wheel.
So far I have found only four possible replacements two from Logitech and both variants of their G13 series and two from Razor, the OrbWeaver and the Tartarus. Is there any others out there that might fit my needs.

Get the OrbWeaver Elite. It's the best for the money. It's fully mechanical and has a lot of buttons. It also has a dpad and is extremely adjustable. It has 20 keys and a button above your thumb that can act as a shift key so you can have 40 customizable buttons on your left hand alone.

It's not much different from the nostromo that I have, but mechanical keys are not worth the price they are asking. In fact when I saw the price for it, I debated on just getting a mechanical gamming keyboard for a little more, but I don't have the room for it next to my laptop. If the cherry keys were black, brown, or clear I would be more likely to get it as well. I don't like the sound for my gamming. This is one of the reasons I'm asking for other suggestions.
