A couple months ago, my internet connection had started to have strange lag spikes every couple of seconds, most notably during games. Using a wired connection solves the problem, but it isn't a permanent solution in my situation, and I can't seem to find out what it could fix it.

This is an image using PingPlotter that shows when the packet loss occurs:

Is there any way to fix this?

Solution
You'd have to find out whatever is causing the radio frequency interference (RFI).
It's very complicated, but can be as simple as a wall being in the way, someone hoping on to your wifi, or just something else that generates/receives radio frequencies nearby that is messing with it.
