I used the Gigabyte Auto Tuning application and It forced my clock to 4.7 GHZ! LOLWUT? Anyway? I have the voltage at 1.25, am I safe here? The temps are fine and everything.

Have you checked load temps? A lot of the quick auto tuning software does a basic stability test, but it's nothing like running aida or prime95.

4.7 is not unheard of, which cpu?
I am running 4.7 on an ivy bridge i5.

The "Bad" is that it is an unrealistic load. However, it lets you see a worst case scenario. Just watch the temp for a good 20mins, incase it starts creeping too high. Cpus will throttle before hurting themselves also.

Voltage is what effects heat. You won't see much of a different in temps between 4.5 and 4.7ghz at the same voltage. The relation is that 4.7 might require more voltage for stability. If you want to take it a step further, try decreasing the voltage and run prime95 for hours to see if it will crash. For right now I imagine you are fine. If you have any random restarts, drop your frequency.

Edit: a lot of people don't consider an overclock stable until it can run prime95 for 24hours straight. I myself just run it overnight.
