Is this a good budget PC for games at 1080p?

I am about to build a computer and I just wanted to verify if this is a good computer for games like BattleField 4 at High or Ultra settings. I don't have a specific price I was setting it at I was just trying to keep it at a moderately low price and get a pretty decent GPU. Also I wanted to know if the CPU would bottleneck the GPU. The SSD says purchased, although it is not. I'm going to get that at a later date probably in a couple months. I'm getting more RAM later as well. Also, are those Case fans any good? Same with the CPU cooler because I want to overclock it to around 4.5Ghz or so. I mostly want this to be able to play BattleField 4 at 60 FPS on High settings at 1920x1080 though. Thanks!

EDIT- I decided that I am going to wait to get the GPU. I am probably going to end up getting it but I want to see if the GTX 960 changes the prices of the 700 series graphics cards. I'm thinking they'll bump it down to $180 or so with the expected price for the 960 being around $200. Thanks everyone for helping!

As previously stated, I would put 8 GB of RAM and get a larger PSU if you want to upgrade anything in the future. Also, yes, that is a great 1080p gaming card, you'll be able to play High - Ultra without problems. For the CPU cooler, you might want to consider water cooling, at those speeds things will get hot. Yes, that's plenty of case fans.

Yeah I am going to get a couple more sticks of RAM probably at least go up to 8GBs but I might go for 12GBs or even 16GBs. But not yet. I need to save some money for peripherals like a mouse or keyboard. I already have an ASUS monitor so i'm set there. With the motherboard I was making sure I had room for expansion or upgrades. I have 4 DIMM slots in the motherboard. I'm actually just about to update the motherboard to something with USB 3.0 headers.

Haha thanks. I'll try to find a new PSU. Also about the water cooling, Isn't it more of a pain to use? And isn't it more difficult to install?

Yes, it is not as easy as screwing a fan in but it is well worth it down the road. I'm sure there are many tutorials on how to install water cooling.

that antec 450 only has a single 6pin pcie connector… i believe all 760s need at least two.

but i would change a bit for 1080p gaming.
