Should I over clock?

Having fps lag on archeage. My CPU is a 3.6ghz Amd Fx-6300 and thing of OC to 4.2. I have an evga 650gtx 2GB DDR5 that could easily be over clocked by about 1/3rd it's water cooled. I have 3 case fans as well as aftermarket CPU fan and liquid cooled GPU.
