I made a thread here making sure i got the right soil for my new GPU " GTX 750 TI ",
but i forgot about the motherboard i got old "GA-P61A-D3 " it takes so long to start the computer with the new GPU installed i couldn't even boot from CD when the new GPU was on it didn't respond when i click booting options button.
So i figured out why don't i install a new windows 7 x64 bit with the latest updated BIOS on my old GPU then i get my new GPU installed and ready to go after that.
and here comes the problem i get this error that i attached in the link below can someone please explain to me what is the problem like i am a caveman and then tell me how to solve it i got no idea what to do right now.

my current set-up
motherboard: GA-P61A-D3.
GPU 'old and working' : hd 6450.
GPU 'new and not working' : GTX 750 IT.
PSU: HEC 450 w.
processor: i5 3340.
RAM: 8 GB DDR3.
