I gave 1200 dollars for a mini itx gaming pc. I need to be able to run all new games on high to ultra. Nvidia graphics only. The case I want is the bitfenix prodigy any color. I also want Windows8.1 please. I don't need a mouse or keyboard. 8gb ram or more please. Mainly going to stream and play watch dogs, far cry 4, DAYZ, arms 3 and the upcoming gta v.

Solution
the psu puts it over budget, but it's 80+ gold and fully modular, two things you need with itx. i wouldn't suggest overclocking in such a small case, but if you must, go for a AIO water cooler.

I would suggest getting a better case and cooler (the H55 is not that good). The Hyper 212 evo would be better. For the case, it depends on how much you want to spend. You also only need 8Gb's of RAM and I suggest going for 1866MHz as it is generally the same price.

i like the idea of using the bitfenix prodigy. get the blue one to match the fans! the following changes i made i will explain why:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)
the 4790K (you'll want the K version don't forget that's important) is a beast, yes. the only benefits it really offers though, is the core is set to 4.0GHz at stock (this wont matter since you're overclocking). other than that, i have only noticed a significant difference when encoding videos (i tested it myself). a full length Blu-ray takes about 30 minutes instead of 45 with the i5. when gaming, there is no difference.

CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($74.99 @ Newegg)
better cooler. i was considering recommending the h100i, but the radiator would require removing the optical drive.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($128.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Gigabyte makes superior quality products than ASRock, and this board has built in wifi

Memory: Mushkin Blackline 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($124.99 @ Newegg)
the kit you selected is over priced. if you insist on getting 16 GB (8 is all you need really) this kit is not only cheaper, but it will perform better.

Storage: Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($53.99 @ NCIX US)
you'll notice more of a performance gain from using an SSD than you will from upgrading to the i7. an SSD is a must for a build at this budget.

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ Directron)
same

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card ($347.99 @ B&H)
though the initial clock speed is slightly lower, this card run way cooler and overclocks better.

Case: BitFenix Prodigy (Blue) Mini ITX Tower Case ($89.49 @ Newegg)
the case you initially wanted

Power Supply: XFX XTR 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($91.18 @ Newegg)
the other PSU wont fit in this case. this is a good replacement. 550 is enough even for overclocking.

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-14 DVD/CD Writer ($16.95 @ OutletPC)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($90.99 @ NCIX US)
Case Fan: Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC-GP 69.0 CFM 120mm Fan ($4.99 @ NCIX US)
Case Fan: Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC-GP 69.0 CFM 120mm Fan ($4.99 @ NCIX US)
