will a n2830 be enough for steam in home streaming client ?

I think that will work, I tried in house streaming with an ATOM D540 (I think, anyways it was a old atom dual core). And it wouldn't work at all (only at the lowest resolution at 30fps).

Get a CPU with decoding acceleration.
