LGA 1150 motherboard for gaming under £100?

Hi, I'm about to build a new PC primarily for gaming and I wondered which motherboard would be the best for under £100. There seems to be a lot of options out there and I was swaying towards the Gigabyte Gaming 3 as its only £89 and has a lot of features.

I'm will be using an i7 4770k, 8GB corsair vengeance RAM, MSI GTX 970 and Samsung 840 evo SSD

You should always start with choosing the motherboard before the ram due to memory compatibility. Any reliable ZXX motherboard will serve your purposes. It would allow you the ability to OC your CPU. The Gigabyte Gaming 3 seems like there may be quality issues from what I can gather reading reviews.
