Chances are your PSU is low quality and it might not have the 6pin connector required by some (EVGA FTW, Gigabyte Windforce, Palit etc.) 750 Ti cards.

What I'm interested in is why you are liquid cooling a multiplier locked processor. Care to explain your reasoning behind that?
