What would my gaming computer sell for?

I've had my gaming computer for well over a year now and after lots of maintenance and work building and fixing it i've finally been thinking about selling it now that it is working at its full potential. My only issue is, how much do I sell it for if I do sell it (for example on craigslist). Does a prebuilt custom computer sell more since its already built? etc etc.
So my parts are:
Motherboard: asus p8p67 evo 1155
CPU: intel i5 3570k (non overclocked)
GPU: MSI Twin Frozr GTX 770 (non overclocked)
HDD: 1 TB Seagate Barracuda
RAM: 1x8gb Kingston hyperx blu
DVD Drive: Old one from my old dell pc (still works perfect, just loud when a disk is in)
Heatsink: Cheap 10 buck thermaltake heatsink. Nothing fancy.
Case: NZXT Phantom Full ATX Orange/Black
So what would i be able to get for this? I'm not sure how selling custom computers works. I really would love to know asap.

But my main question of this post as a TLDR: What can i get for my pc build if i sold it on craigslist.

Also, this may be in the wrong section, first post in a looooong time on this website.

Thanks!

Under $400 to someone who knows better and can build his/her own and knows about forum marketplaces.

But on Craigslist/Ebay you can most likely get double that or even more maybe up to $800 if you include OS.

Building computers can be a worse money pit than restoring cars.

Lot's of people don't care whether it was custom built or not they are just looking for working computers that are fast. I would check your area and see what other people are selling them for if there are any other people selling pc's.
