When i turn my pc(power button) on it immediately turns off for a second then turns on again completely. It actually turns on/boots up completely and I have no problem at all when using it. Just wanted to know if it's normal. I'm using rm750 psu, i5-4440 proc, 2 hard disks, 7 fans and a meter of led light. I'm almost always in hibernate mode btw not sure if it relates.
