Hello wise people of the internet and computing world i am having an issue.
I just upgraded my failing R9 270 for a R9 290
Thing is i am getting much worse performance. I even lowered the graphic setting on the games i am playing performance was still sub par for what i bought.
Processor is an I3-2100@3.10
Ram 8 gig
Power Supply is putting out 600 watts
So the new GPU puts additional load on my CPU even at lower settings?
Also if i do need a new CPU whats my best bet to get things running the socket is LGA 1155
