Hi , I just recently built a new cpu. However, when I push the on button it turns off after about 15 seconds. After that, it stays on for longer. Specs:
Case: Corbid 200r
GPU: MSI Nvidia 760 ITX
Mobo: MSI B85M Gaming
RAM: 8 GB (from old pre-built)
CPU: i5-4590
PSU Corsair 600w

Solution
So it fails after first boot attempt, next time it works fine right? Sounds like some capacitor is taking too long to get charged properly, either a capacitor in the PSU or in the mobo...

Is that PSU a Corsair CX series? their CX series components are known to deteriorate too fast, that could be the problem.

Only way to find out is to swap your PSU with another known working unit and see if the problem prevails.
