PC Turns off then on instantly GTX 970

Hi I recently bought a Gainward Phantom GTX 970, I have a 700W supply and im farely sure I have enough power though today my PC began turning off then on instantly, occurring while playing games. How can I determine whether this is a PSU problem, driver problem or faulty graphics card? Thanks

thanks for the quick reply, i ran furmark and was using 100% power with the gpu and it wasnt crashing
