I am new to thoughtful fan placement...(Probably explains the thick coat of dust on everything). I was wondering what is the best fan setup/system for the NZXT H440 case. There are three 120mm (nzxt FN V2)fans in the front of the case and one 140mm at the upper rear. I have the Corsair h100i with two 120mm fans on top. What would be your suggestion for optimal cooling in my situation? eg. what should be intake/exhaust?

Solution
Put your H100i in the top as exhaust, or in the front as intake.

Use the rear fan as exhaust, front as intake. You can fit two 140mm in the front, use both. You want to have more inntake than exhaust because this creates positive air pressure which prevents dust from entering the case through any other openings than the intake fans. This will minimize dust buildup. You also want to have top as exhaust because heat rises, so if they are intake, they may end up sucking in hot air that has been exhausted from elsewhere.
