Should I increase Case Fans speed while playing?

Hello
I generally choose the "standard" option in Fan Xpert 3 (ASUS Z97-Pro). However is it the right choice? Because while gaming, graphics card (Gigabyte 970 GTX G1 Gaming) produces a lot of heat, so shouldn't it be necessary for Fan Xpert 3 to automatically increase fans speed (does it do so already or should I manually choose "turbo" if it's really necessary)? Usually their speed is 500 rpm (when I choose "Turbo mode" they go up to 700 rpm).
Also will it affect GPU temperature if case fans go up to 700 rpm from 500?
Thanks.

Solution
More airflow will help all components stay cooler. The G1 Gaming should not have any issues (especially the 970) as it has one of the best air cooling systems on the current 970s. Under intense load, mine never reaches above 65°C.
