i m going to buy Corsair Graphite 230T (supports ATX, micro ATX and mini ATX)... plus its doesnt matter what m gonna do ...i m playing games and AUTO CAD.. on my system .. so.....

Both board have good component quality ,nice feature ,good audio and good value.
(H97 and Z97 would support intel gen 5th cpu.)
