For running Windows from the USB, it is very hard to get it running from a USB stick. And if you eventually do, it will be disturbingly slow.
And you can't run it on an 8GB stick.
To install to the HDD from the USB, see this:

In either case, you will need to spend money and buy a valid Windows OS license.
