What is the latest Bios update for N68-VS3 FX?

The latest version is version 1.80. There are three different ways to install this BIOS update: Instant Flash, DOS, or Windows. However, if you do not understand what any of this means, I STRONGLY recommend that you do not even attempt to update the BIOS. It's not recommended unless the update fixes a specific issue you are experiencing.

So why are you trying to update the BIOS?

Random stuttering and iv heard bios update fixes the problem and iv updated a bios time ago and it was great, No more stuttering, Iv been around computers for years and been fixing them for years but not bios so what bios ?

BIOS has nothing to do with what operating system you use.

Edit: Look. Find out what version BIOS you're currently running. Then look at the release notes of all the later version BIOS updated. If any of them specifically state that they resolve graphic issues, then install the latest version that states so. If none of the later BIOS versions specifically state they resolve graphic issues, then no update will resolve your issues and you should NOT update your BIOS version.
