Phenom x4 9650 + Gtx 750ti or R7 260x?

Hi guys, my ask:
My question is:
I can use the card (750ti or R7 260x) with my cpu? I know it will produce bottleneck, but I will use only a few months, I'll buy new parts soon.

PC specs:
CPU: Phenom x4 9650 (2.3Ghz)
PSU: "500w" generic
RAM: 3gb DDR2
Mobo: Asrock 960 GC-GS FX

The 750 Ti is on par with a 650 Ti Boost, so it's a bit faster than the 260x in most games, it also uses significantly less power than the 260x

I really recommend the 750ti for you ! :)
