I am thinking of adding more memory to my desktop but the current memory modules I installed are Patriot Viper 3 2133Mhz memory modules 16 g kit timings 11-11-11-30 I am considering Hyper X memory modules that have same frequency of 2133Mhz but different timings 11-13-13-31 will these modules work fine together or will they make system crash
can I use memory modules that have same frequency but different voltage and timings

Mixing ram from different sets is really just a crap shoot, sometimes it works some times it doesn't.
With that said the bios will want to run all ram sticks at 2133Mhz 11-13-13-31 and the higher voltage of the two sticks.

Mixing voltages is a bad idea. When adding ram its best to match the specs as close as possible if not identical, and even then it doesn't guarantee they will work together.
